The 1st Amendment to the Constitution - Protects freedom of speech.

    Teresa -  had the right to go to the demonstration and the right to complain to the City of Garden Grove about police brutality.

The 4th Amendment - unlawful search and seizure.

    The Garden Grove police should not have gone into her home - and if the statements by police used to obtain the warrant were false - then a attempt to prosecute is malicious.   The tactic of bringing overbearing charges against you - so one feels relief when plea bargaining is offered,  is the normal outcome.  The prosecution is off the hook because you pleaded guilty.       Theresa Dang
