After you have been authorized to access e-mail you will  need to add a account to Outlook Express for the new identity.  Example for e-mail address mary@yellowbrotherhood.com  

Follow the steps at attached link. Microsoft Outlook

for step 5. <username> use <mary+yellowbrotherhood.com>@<yellowbrotherhood.com> for password use the one you agreed to when you received permission.

for step 8. use <mail.yellowbrotherhood.com>

for step 9. use <mail.yellowbrotherhood.com>
